Tenants wishing to terminate their lease may do so by giving management a 30-day Notice to Vacate in writing. The 30-day Notice will start the beginning of the next month. Once the tenant has vacated the unit, all keys and your forwarding address must be turned in to the site management office on or before the last day of the month.
A move out inspection will be conducted by HASLC. The tenant has a right to be notified of the inspection and be present.
If there are no damages or delinquent rental amounts owed, the security deposit on record will be refunded within 30 days of the move out. Costs of damages and delinquent rental amounts owed will be deducted from the security deposit.
