HCV Program Specialist-Evaluation Department

Evaluation Department seeking qualified individual to assist program participants, landlords and staff  in our Housing Choice Voucher Program.    The Evaluation Department is responsible for inspections of residential rental units.  Individual must have excellent data entry, filing and record tracking skills.  Position requires excellent customer service and communication skills; ability to manage multiple priorities accurately and be a self-starter.  This individual should be detail oriented and possess good organization skills.  Must be proficient in Microsoft WORD, EXCEL and OUTLOOK.   Experience with YARDI software helpful but not required.

Physical requirements: Reaching, crouching, sitting, walking, lift and carry items 25 – 30 pounds.

Education: Associates degree or equivalent (trade school) or equivalent experience in a professional office setting.

Starting salary is $31,200 with generous employee benefit package.
